Loading Flash... (Flash 7+ Required) At Half Acre Beer Company we use only malted barley, hops, yeast and water to brew our beer. We don't use any adjunct ingredients or take short cuts. As a result, our beer delivers a taste and appearance that reflects the purity of the ingredients and integrity of the process. Half Acre Beer Company resides below an old water tower on the third floor of a converted factory on Chicago's near-west side. The building is home to craftsmen, tea makers, artisans and other interesting companies that make our environment a perfect place to build a beer business. We have a great space that we welcome you to visit, but there isn't a glorious brewhouse to behold, at least not yet. The recipes we develop at Half Acre are brewed with friends in Black River Falls, WI. This gives us the flexibility to create Half Acre's handcrafted beers one recipe at a time and release each one only when we think it's as good as any beer of its kind.
