Double Blood From The Moon

 A slight twist on our previous edition, we followed the same train of thought: lactose in the kettle, partial souring, and a double dry hop, but this time of Sabro and Galaxy. We also added mango purée a few days into fermentation and conditioned the beer on coconut and vanilla before packaging. The dessert tray on an all inclusive tropical cruise.
